1. Services Offered

2. Client Responsibilities

By engaging with AZ Marketing Experts, you agree to:

– Respond to communications in a reasonable timeframe.
– Ensure all content provided (images, copy, etc.) is owned by you or properly licensed.
– Make payments according to the agreed schedule.

3. Payment Terms

– All services require upfront payment or a retainer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– Monthly services (SEO, Ads management) are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled.
– Late payments may result in paused services or additional fees.
– No refunds are issued for completed work or active service periods.

4. Service Limitations

– SEO Results: While we follow best practices and aim to improve your rankings and traffic, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or outcomes, as search engine algorithms are beyond our control.
– Google Ads: We aim to maximize performance, but results may vary based on market conditions, competition, and budget. We do not guarantee any specific return on ad spend (ROAS).
– Web Development: We test across major browsers and devices, but minor display differences may occur.

5. Revisions & Approvals

– Website design includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated.
– Delays in feedback or approvals may impact project timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

– Final, paid work (websites, ad creatives, etc.) becomes your property upon full payment.
– We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.

7. Confidentiality

8. Termination of Services

– Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days’ written notice.
